How far in advance should I start looking for a gown? - Eight to twelve months before your wedding you should start the search. You should make your decision no later then seven months prior to your wedding. Please note, Bridesmaids dresses should also be ordered not less then seven months in advance of your wedding day.

Why do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses? - We offer a very personal hands-on service in our store and you will be given full attention by our experienced consultants. You also don't want to have the inconvenience of coming to the store and finding us too busy and you are not able to try gowns on.
How long is an appointment? - Bridal Gown appointments are 1 – 1.30 hour.
What should I bring to my appointment? - Bring shoes if you have the same height you will be wearing with your dress and wear full panties (no g-strings).Try not to wear any fake tan and as little make-up as possible.
Who should I bring to my appointment? - It can get very confusing if you have too many opinions, and you don't need someone who is not going to focus on what you want and like so bring as few people as possible.
What size gowns are available for me to try on? - We try and have a variety of sizes in stock ranging from 6 - 24.
May I take pictures of the gowns while I try them on? - I do allow photographs but do not encourage it, because choosing a dress is very much a feeling experience looking at the pictures over and over afterwards can influence your decision and it really is all about feeling. Remember, too, that in the room there is not proper photographic lighting, no professional camera or photographer and a photographer will take about 300 pictures and only choose 20 to show you.
When should I choose the veil and/or headpiece? - At your final fitting we will decide on what accessories will go with the dress and what you would like to have.
What else do you have in store? - We have a Belts, Headpieces, Jackets, Shoes, Petticoats and Veils. We do not have mother of the bride or flower girl dresses in store.
Do you buy back wedding gowns? - No, we only have new gowns for sale.
PayingHow do I pay for my gown? - There is a 50% deposit required to secure a gown and then you get 4 - 5 months to pay it off.
What is prices range for the dresses in your shop? - prices range for the dresses in our shop from €350 to €2200.
When shall I schedule my first fitting? - We will call you eight weeks before the wedding date and set up your first fitting.
How many fittings should there be? - There are usually 2-3 fittings but sometimes there may be one or two more.
What should I bring to my first fitting? - Shoes and underwear.
What should I bring to my last fitting? - Shoes, underwear and all accessories.
